Overview
Returns and exchanges may be made if your items is either damaged or due to an adverse reaction. Please email us hello@studiorococo.ca and We will then send you full exchange or return instructions. Packages that are sent back to us COD will be denied. can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
We do not assume any shipping costs or duties on exchanges. Any additional shipping charges incurred when shipping out an exchange will be charged to your credit card and shipped according to your preferred shipping method.
We offer free shipping within Canada on purchases of $150.00 or more. Packages are mailed out via Canada Post expedited shipping service with tracking provided. We DO NOT take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages. We will do our best to help locate any lost packages but the risk is that of the shipper not Studio Rococo.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
